2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Supreme Pherroh International's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Supreme Pherroh International. Once a booking is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and digital payment methods.

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Travel Documentation

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.) required for their destination. Supreme Pherroh International provides visa guidance but is not responsible for visa rejections or travel document issues.

We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. While we provide guidance, we are not responsible for any travel-related incidents.

6. Liability Disclaimer

The materials on Supreme Pherroh International's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Supreme Pherroh International makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Supreme Pherroh International will not be liable for any damages including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the website or services.
